Inugami merely stayed where he is, being carried by this individual for a hour until they were addressed by two other people who seems to think they were involved but the male at first asked them if they did destroy the city but after scanning the pheonix user then says he seen worse possible days that made him look away in embarrassment and shame for not being able to stop the destruction from happening, even possibly save lives today but instead, he made a fool of himself in front of an enemy who wanted nothing but to bring chaos and death in their wake. Inugami looks back at the couple and raises an eyebrow. "Who are you?" he asks weakly when Ban was telling them about the enemy he has killed and analyzed.

With the tailed male speaking first, Zhongli stood with a calm posture, his arms hanging to his sides, his right foot tapping its boots point against the ashened grounds as the female stood beside him with an annoyed expression her hands behind her back. Zhongli taking in each and every key detail only for the broken armed male to ask "Who are you?" caused the martial artist to let out a chuckle. It was abrupt and almost off putting to the situation of both men, this sudden burst of chuckling caused his Wife Kuina to quickly elbow him in the side, giving him a menacing side glare as Zhongli straightened himself, his left hand moving his hair back slightly as a faint shimmer of silver ki flowed like a translucent hue around his figure,
"My name is Zhongli Zen, This is my wife Kuina Zen. I am the Head of the Zen Dojo outside of Central City. From what you've told me, these attackers clearly possess far more power physically than most humans do especially with the aid of Ki enhancement. Yet you managed to kill two of them, meaning they can't be all that tough. Had I not been preoccupied by your description of them, Central city and King Furry would still be standing. But nonetheless, You have my thanks for keeping the damage to a minimal, well except you man with broken arms. From your level of Prowess and damaged sustained it seems you were to cocky and it costed you greatly, such a mindset will only bring ruination to you in the future."
Kuina quickly elbowing him again in the side cleared her throat as she spoke to the saiyan half breed and the hurt human,
"It's clear you are tired, Resting at the Zen Dojo would be advised. We will send a messenger to reach out to the Orin school, hopefully they can get ahold of a certain bald young martial artist who knows of a medicinal treatment that shall mend your arms."
Though her tone carried annoyance at her husbands brash assessment she was offering an olive branch of peace till the two fighters are rested, and the man with broken arms is treated properly.

Ban Ban explained the catastrophic events to the individual known as Zhongli Zen, he wasn't impressed at all; Zhongli's cocky attitude in the time of crisis certainly showed is lack of character. "Hmph... boasting will get you no points when we are all dead." Ban responded to Zhongli with an irritated look on his face. Unlike his other half who seemed to be levelheaded and the brains of their partnership. Kuina was kind and wise, she quickly realized the severity of the situation and offered immediate assistance.

Kuina: "It's clear you are tired, resting at the Zen Dojo would be advised. We will send a messenger to reach out to the Orin school, hopefully they can get ahold of a certain bald young martial artist who knows of a medicinal treatment that shall mend your arms."

The air was thick with the stench of ash and burning metals, every breath felt like inhaling the city's dying gasp. Ban gaze swept over the ruins of buildings overshadowed by a blood red sky. Each flicker of flame seemed to taunt Ban, as a testament to what he could not prevent. The few scattered ki signatures, weak and huddled together, were like tiny, fragile ember in a world consumed by fire. This wasn't a victory, but a graveyard of everting Ban felt he was supposed to protect; the weight of his failure weighed heavy on his shoulders as skyscrapers continued to crumble around them. He remembered every scream and the title of hero felt like a cruel joke, failing to save everyone in time, and the bitter taste of it filled his mouth more than the ash; the few who managed survive were hidden away.

The only thing that can be done for Inugami is to stare at Zhangli for his comment towards him, doing so only fuels the guilt gnawing in his psyche because he failed to save everyone, yet still holding enough viper tongue to retort after Ban spoke for him, "And Your cocky attitude wouldn't save anyone, nor yourself from these beings who decimated our cities so easily" he then looks to Kuina who clearly was more considerate and kind, offering rest at the Zen Dojo, something he happily agreed to "Thanks, I desperately need mending of my arms and rest so i can get stronger, better than my performance.." he says then looks to Ban "I know some friends in west city that could use assistance" he tells the older saiyan.

Zhongli's casual disposition slowly shifted, his left hand slowly raising upwards, that faint silver ki around his visage erupted forth like a torrent of power. Revealing his true strength for a brief moment, 8,000 Battle Power, but also his strength, durability, speed, Ki control and Magic/Intelligence had peaked at 8,000 during the moment of Relaxed State being triggered. This mere action caused Kuina to grab hold of Zhongli's right arm as if anchoring herself as a dense pressure and winds flowed out around him. it was here that Zhongli's expression on his face hardened, it was a serious expression bringing a stillness into the air,
"I am Cocky, but it is justified, if you at your current level of power were able to kill these so called Invaders... Well Except you with the broken arms. Then It's good enough to say both me and My number one disciple could have easily decimated them if we weren't preoccupied. One should always know the difference in ones level of power, Not all cockiness is harbored by ego nor confidence. Mine is by factual proof."
This action and his voice no longer casual and nonchalant held the truth of the fact that was being displayed. He was far stronger than them across the board and yet as he let himself return to his Relaxed state, his Power Level and stats dropped down back to their normal positioning. His Battle Power dropping to a minimal of 2,000. His left arm slowly falling to his side as his Ki returned to a faint shimmer around his body.
"Zhongli warn me next time you release your State?! And as for you both, It'd be wise not to say something you know not about. Zhongli may act nonchalant and sometimes idiotic. But he is the Earths Strongest Martial Artist, followed directly behind him is his Number one disciple. But Enough of this, Please follow us."
Kuina said letting go of Zhongli's arm as she adjusted her hair that was whipped around by Zhongli's over all strength being displayed. The next moment her eyes widened as Zhongli lifted her off her feet as he began slowly floating from the ground his Blue eyes staring across the two fighters before jerking his chin signalling them to follow as he flew off towards the outskirts of Central City. By doing so the journey was smooth as from the ground view there was a line of Civilians of Central city moving to a Massive Temple/ Dojo built in the side of a mountain with Banners fluttering of the Zen clan, a lottus flower. Shortly as he landed, Kuina leaped from Zhongli's arms gesturing for a medical team to be on standby for Inugami's arms to be splinted whilst Zhongli turned his gaze to a darker corner not lit by torches and brazers where an energy signature resided in meditation.
