North City had just gone through a disaster after the attack on Earth just a week prior. Without warning, the sunlight dimmed as if an unseen hand had drawn a curtain across the heavens. Conversations ceased and footsteps slowed as people instinctively looked upward in confusion. Hanging above the city was an enormous fleet of obsidian warships descending through the clouds. Emergency broadcasts interrupted every screen across Earth, replacing advertisements with evacuation orders and panicked reports. As sirens wailed throughout the city, massive compartments opened beneath the invading vessels. Many figures emerged and descended toward Earth. At first glance, the invaders appeared entirely human. Each wore refined and ancient battle armor, complete with dark bodysuits and polished white plating marked by unknown symbols.
The citizens of North City understood that these were here as backup to continue the invasion. General Victor descended toward North City with his hands clasped neatly behind his back. His pristine white-and-black armor bore the insignia of the Tundra Empire.. The ten subordinates surrounding him displayed their own specialties, they landed upon the rooftop of one of North City larger buildings that managed to survive. He surveyed the city in silence before finally addressing both his soldiers and the terrified citizens below. Victor acknowledged the sophistication of Earth's infrastructure and the resilience evident within its people. He observed families protecting one another, emergency workers continuing their duties, and civilians helping complete strangers escape danger. To his subordinates, he admitted that humanity possessed an admirable determination even in the face of annihilation. Yet his expression remained devoid of sympathy as he reminded them that admiration had never prevented conquest. Raising a gloved hand toward the skyline, he calmly issued a single command to his elite warriors.
Victor: Let's begin!
The subordinates obeyed instantly, one warrior shattered evacuation routes with a single strike, cutting off thousands attempting to flee the city. Another used the very top portion of a building's entry way that targeted communication centers and hospitals. The strongest among them launched skyward and dismantled entire squadrons of defense drones through sheer physical force. Fighter jets scrambled desperately to intercept the attackers, filling the skies with missiles and explosions. One elite invader effortlessly halted every incoming projectile before redirecting them back toward North City, schools, playgrounds, amusement centers, everything was being destroyed. Throughout the devastation, General Victor remained perfectly composed above the Grand Plaza. Using only his telepathy, he reached every frightened ear within the city. Turning his gaze toward the distant horizon, he issued a challenge meant for the champions of Earth.
Victor: People from this planet, you will kneel before the might of the Tundra Empire. - Any who dare challenge us will meet their certain and untimely demise.
