The sky above Planet Cereal burned with violent crimson streaks as the capital lay in ruins, its golden fields trembling under overwhelming ki. In the shattered plaza, the Cerealian King was relentlessly battered by two identical twins, their movements perfectly synchronized as they treated him like nothing more than a punching bag. Each blow sent him staggering until a final blast hurled him across the ground. Despite his injuries, he struggled to rise, refusing to surrender the planet or betray the Shivero Force. Around them, terrified Cerealians protested, only to be instantly silenced; one struck down by a precise ki beam, others wiped out in a single explosive blast. Panic spread as the twins ignored the destruction, using it as a cruel lesson in obedience. One lifted the weakened king into the air while the other formed a crackling sphere of energy, threatening total annihilation. Faced with the deaths of his people and the looming attack, the king faltered for the first time, the weight of fear pressing down on him as the twins demanded he surrender Planet Cereal. What will the king do, will he hand over the planet and his services to these twins and whatever empire they are from, or will he sacrifice himself for his people and his planet and stay under the protection of the Shivero Force.

About 3 days had passed since they left Shivero's ship to get to Planet Cereal; eventually they landed on the planet and at first, nothing seemed to be out of place or going bad like he was told. In all honesty, that raised a few questions on either Lord Shivero was given the right information or if they were simply a bit too far from where everything was happening. He looked over the ship to see if the others were awake yet. Jean of course had been resting on his shoulder; Tank was in a separate corner, and Vane was chilling by the fridge drinking more beers of course. However, there was another sound being heard which confused him since he left with only 3 others. Though, he did remember shortly that he didn't see his brother back at Shivero's ship so the extra noise must have been him. As such, Lotren opened one off the door to the side rooms to see his brother relaxing in bed which caused the saiyan to let out a short sigh but with a smile.

Lotren: Zerith, so this is where you've been this whole time. Good, im glad you're here. This is the time for both of us to prove ourselves to Lord Shivero. He sent us here to kill some invaders from stealing the planet. We're heading out now, get ready.

After which, he then turned around and lightly tapped Jean on the cheek to wake her up. he stood at the front of the ship and opened the hatch before turning towards the door and begin walking out.

Lotren: Alright, whatever issues or beef that may be present between us has to be left on this ship. We came here as a group, and we'll return back to the ship as one. Tank, as the strongest one here; you're assigned to take out the strongest. As much as I hate to admit it, I know you won't disappoint, and I trust you with the job. The rest of us will take out the other one. Let's go!

The room carried a low, steady hum─easy enough to ignore if you didn’t pay attention to it. Reflecting dim light from overhead panels settled. He sat on the side of the modernized bed, his arms rested on his legs, hands clamped together and posture relaxed, despite being in a confined space. This was his escape from everything else. The constant tasks, the interruptions they all pulled him away from what actually mattered, training. He carried a name that demanded more than effort. The power his ancestors once reached wasn’t out of his grasp. He would soon wield it. The thoughts didn’t hold him for long as his mind moved on to planning his next training regimen.

His head turned slightly, his brow lifting just enough to show he noticed. The faint foot steps, quiet at first, then they gradually closed the distance. His door creaked open, the sound carrying through the space. His expression, a distinct scowl held firm as his brother’s silhouette came into view. The smile on Lotren’s face made his jaw tighten. Teeth grinding together as a low, guttural sound slipped from his throat─uncontrolled, but real.

Zerith: “Wipe that smile off your face, you idiot!”

His brother’s voice cut directly. The moment their adoptive father was brought into it, Zerith clicked his tongue softly. His head turned away, just enough to break direct eye contact, jaw tightening as the thought settled in. He despised being told what to do, always had but this was a mission he couldn’t reject. Refusing outright would only bring him more trouble than it was worth, in turn he said nothing. The silence was enough to indicate his response.

He rose to his feet, posture settling naturally. As his brother turned to leave, Zerith followed in no rush, when the assignments were given, his gaze remained fixed on Lotren, expression unchanged and when it was time to move, he did.

The pod moved the way it always did. Straight, steady, no real sound beyond the quiet hum of the systems keeping everything in line. Inside was the same as any Saiyan capsule, tight space, curved metal, nothing wasted. Just a seat, a console, and what it needed to get from one place to another.

1777239931260.png
The console flickered.

"Hmm?"

It wasn’t much at first. A quick distortion, like static catching for a second. Then it kept going. Lines dragged across the screen, breaking up the display. No voice came through, just a sharp, repeating pulse cutting through the noise.

It didn’t stop.

Bits of data forced their way through the interference. Coordinates showed up in pieces before the system locked onto them. The pod reacted on its own, adjusting course the second it had something to follow. Thrusters fired in short bursts, shifting direction without any hesitation.

It was Lotren
1777239135317.png
The change was smooth enough you’d miss it if you weren’t looking for it.

The hum inside deepened a little as the engines pushed harder. Outside, the stars stretched just slightly as the pod picked up speed.

Planet Cereal came into view ahead, getting bigger fast, the pod didn’t slow much going in.

The moment it hit the atmosphere, everything lit up. Heat wrapped around the shell, the outer plating starting to glow under the pressure. Flames streaked across the glass, dragging long lines of light across the viewport. The whole thing shook just enough to feel it, but it stayed on course.

Clouds split apart as it dropped through them. The ground came up quick, rough terrain snapping into focus.

Then it hit, hard.

The pod slammed into the surface and tore forward, ripping through dirt and rock as it went. The ground cracked under it, debris kicked out in every direction. It carved a path through the terrain before finally slowing, metal scraped against stone, sparks flashing along the sides.

Then it stopped.

Dust hung in the air around it, thick and slow to fall. The pod sat at the end of the trench, scorched from entry, heat still lifting off the surface. Small pieces of rock shifted and slid down around it as everything settled.

Inside, the hum died down.
1777239160961.png
A sharp hiss followed as the hatch released. Seals broke with a low pressure sound, and the front of the pod split open. The curved canopy lifted up, letting heat and steam roll out into the open air, light poured in, after that, the pod just sat there, quiet again, like it was done.

"Surely he'd see my pod coming through the atmosphere, I'll wait by my pod for further instructions or for him to find me I suppose..."

Tank hadn't expected to get such a compliment from Lotren, especially since the two of them didn't particularly get along AND Lotren had just made it clear that he wanted to kill Tank. Though, he gave a nod to what was said in agreement and followed him out of the ship along with Jean and Zerith. As the group stepped out of the ship, an out of breath cerealian kid who had managed to escape the chaos will have ran up to them since he recognized Jean & Lotren.
Kid: Jean, Lotren! I'm glad to see you two! The king is being attacked. Follow me, i'll take you the castle wjere everything is happening.

1777256253464.png 1777256358515.png
Meanwhile back at the Castle, wind tore across the palace spires, snapping banners bearing the royal crest into frantic disarray. At the center balcony stood the king, his regal robes whipping behind him, jaw set with defiance despite the oppressive energy descending from above. Two figures hovered over where he stood. The more muscular of the 2 descended first, then the smaller but seemingly more powerful one followed behind, landing without a sound, his narrow eyes already locked onto the king. Together, they formed a suffocating presence, and yet the king did not kneel.

King Cinna: I will not surrender my world.

Zorkon let out a low, amused chuckle, rolling his shoulders as if warming up for sport. Syzoth tilted his head slightly, studying the king as though evaluating how much effort this would take.

Syzoth: You misunderstand, King. This is not a negotiation.

The first strike came without warning, a brutal backhand from Zorkon that sent the king crashing through a column, marble exploding into dust. Before the debris could even settle, Syzoth blurred forward, appearing midair beside the king and driving a knee into his ribs. The impact echoed like a cannon blast, launching the king across the courtyard. He skidded violently, tearing grooves into the stone before forcing himself back up, blood already trailing from his lip. Finally, his aura flared in response, a silver and green light pushing back against the 2 opps. The king retaliated with a burst of speed, vanishing and reappearing behind Zorkon with a clenched fist aimed at the back of his head. The blow itself didn't connect, but Zorkon's head yanked quite a bit from the shockwave created from the force even though he grabbed the king’s arm mid-motion. In that moment, he hurled the king straight into the ground with overwhelming force. The courtyard cratered, shockwaves rippling outward and shattering nearby structures. Energy crackled between the three as the battle escalated, turning the once-pristine palace grounds into a warzone. The king unleashed a barrage of ki blasts, forcing both attackers to evade. Zarkon charged through the explosions regardless, tanking the blasts as if they were nothing more than sparks. Syzoth weaved between them, closing the distance in an instant. Together, they converged on the king once more.

Zarkon struck high, a crushing punch aimed at the king’s face, while Syzoth swept low, targeting his legs. The king managed to block one but not the other, his stance collapsing as Syzoth’s strike connected. Zorkon followed through immediately, driving a devastating knee into the king’s abdomen that forced the air from his lungs. Before he could recover, Syzoth delivered a precise chop to the back of his neck, sending him crashing down again.

Syzoth: Lord Tundra offers mercy.
Zorkon: All you have to do is sign it over.

The king spat blood onto the ground, his answer as clear as any words. What followed was not a fight, but a relentless assault. Zorkon drove his fist down again and again, each impact shaking the courtyard like a localized earthquake. Syzoth interjected between strikes, targeting pressure points, joints, and weak spots with chilling efficiency. The king’s defenses faltered under the combined onslaught, his movements slowing, his aura flickering. Yet even as his body gave way, his will refused to break. With a final surge of strength, the king unleashed a massive burst of energy, forcing both attackers back momentarily. The explosion lit the sky, carving a massive crater into the palace grounds and sending debris raining across the city. For a brief moment, it seemed like he might stand victorious, battered but unyielding. But as the smoke cleared, Zarkon was still standing, barely scratched, and Syzoth hovered behind him, completely composed. The hope that flickered was extinguished just as quickly. Zorkon lunged forward once more, faster than before and grabbing the king by the throat, lifting him effortlessly off the ground and squeezing just enough to remind him how easily this could end. Syzoth approached calmly, producing a small device, its screen glowing with a transfer contract bearing Lord Tundra’s insignia.

Syzoth: Sign.

Even beaten, broken, and barely conscious, the king raised his hand… and struck the device aside with the last of his strength. The screen shattered against the ground, sparks scattering into the dust. Zarkon’s expression darkened instantly, his grip tightening as the air itself seemed to freeze. Syzoth’s eyes narrowed, the calm finally giving way to irritation. And in that moment, as thunder roared overhead and the planet itself seemed to hold its breath, the consequences of defiance began to unfold.

Lotren had been caught off guard by seeing young Peb running up to him and Jean in a frantic manner; This of course was all it took to realize just how bad the situation was since Peb acted more like a saiyan than anything. And once he fully explained the situation to them, Lotren wasted no time in following behind him. However, he sensed the energy of Bellra which meant she got his signal from the ship. He didn;t really have time for a detour if the situation was as bad as he thought it was, so instead of going over to recruit her; Lotren simply shot a small energy orb in her direction to alert her of the direction he was headed. He felt 3 powerful energies nearby but one of them was depleting, and fast. Now that he had a location, he didn't bother taking his time. With a quick burst of energy, he took off from his spot and speed blitz his way towards the King. Once he got within a good range, he will have shot fourth a barrage of energy blasts directly at the one who had the king held in his grasp which will have also created a smoke screen. Following up, he will have also used that smokescreen to his advantage to zig-zag around and attempt to deliver a powerful downwards punch, angled from the side to send the opponent slamming into the ground below.

Listen while you read - Bellra's battle theme

The signal brushed past her. Sharp, direct, intentional. Bellra didn’t need more than that. Her eyes shifted slightly in its direction, already tracing the path it implied. Lotren didn’t waste motion, so if he sent something like that, the situation had already escalated past delay. She exhaled once, steady.

“…Hmm? something must be wrong....”
No hesitation. Her stance shifted and then she was gone.

1d220d51-f65a-4283-946c-26ddfa570fad.png
Her movement cut clean through the air, controlled and efficient. No flare of energy, no unnecessary spikes in speed, just enough to close the distance as quickly as needed. As the castle came into view, she didn’t slow. She assessed.

1777373437370.png

One energy unstable and fading, one pressing forward with force, another close and controlled, and Lotren already engaging. The moment she entered range, the details sharpened. The king was lifted and restrained, barely conscious. The one holding him was the immediate problem. The other was observing. Her eyes settled on the one gripping the king’s throat.

“…That one.”

Lotren’s barrage hit first, blasts tearing through the courtyard and flooding the space with smoke. Bellra adjusted instantly, shifting her path to intersect the chaos instead of avoiding it. She entered the smoke without a sound. Inside, visibility dropped away, but it didn’t matter. Presence was enough. The one holding the king hadn’t moved far.

1777373830475.png

Bellra stepped in. No wasted motion. Her body turned just enough and her strike cut in fast and precise, angled to force the grip to break by targeting the arm holding the king rather than the body. Not overwhelming, not reckless, just exact. The moment contact was made, she followed through just enough to disrupt balance, then shifted her weight back, creating space for the king to drop free without being caught in anything that followed.

1777372572909.png

She didn’t chase or overextend. Instead she repositioned, sliding just off Lotren’s line, aligning her stance with his angle of attack. Supporting, refining. Her gaze flicked briefly toward him.

“…Lotran, I'm here. ” She spoke just loud enough for him to hear her. “lets keep the pressure.”

Her posture lowered slightly, weight settling, body angled between both threats now. The king was no longer in their grasp. That was enough for the first move. Her attention shifted briefly to the second opponent, still composed, still watching. Good.
0ccc7007-5c26-4954-bdc8-6e0d73ab53f1.png

“…Expected this to be a booty call....” she muttered quietly. Her stance didn’t change nor did her breathing change.

Then she stepped forward again, not fast, not explosive, just enough to close the space and make it clear she wasn’t reacting anymore. She was taking control of the engagement.

Tank - Zorkon
1777442115371.png 1777442135070.png

Once Lotren had taken off, Pab retreated back to a safe location; Meanwhile both Jean & Tank followed Lotren in the same hurried fashion. The situation was definitely one that needed to be stopped as soon as possible. Zorkon reacted to the ki blasts in a way the seemed alarming at first but never let his grip on the king falter as the blasts that DID hit him had little to no effect and simply felt like being hit with pebbles. But that did alert him to keep an eye out for who it was, the only problem was the smoke screen blocking his view and inability to sense ki. However, neither of them will have been necessary with what happened next; The first to appear will have been Bellra with her attempt to force a release on the king but ultimately the only thing it did was get her hand caught mid motion, having her hand in a strong grip to keep her from getting away. Almost immediately after was Lotren appearing at an angle, of course without being able to sense Ki; Lotren's punch had landed as intended, however, Zorkon didn't even flinch from the impact. All that happened was the smoke screen clearing with his eyes still locked on the cerealian king.

Zorkon: Please tell me that's not all you're capable of. If so, then you're both about to die right here.

Though, shortly after that statement, the speed of Tank will have served its purpose as he appeared right between both Lotren & Bellra; putting him directly in front of Zorkon and delivering an attack of his own straight to the solar plexus of Zorkon which not only caused him to drop the king but also sent him flying backwards towards an open field area where he'd stop himself mid-flight with the use of his Ki, Tank obviously wasted no time in pursuing him.

Tank: You'll be fighting me now. You should have stayed in your own world if you wanted to live.
Zorkon: That was quite a punch, you're definitely stronger than the other 2. Which means I get to have some fun. Alright then, let's do this.

During the pursuit, Zorkon met Tank head on and clashed with each other, creating a large and powerful shockwave throughout the area.

Both: HYAAAAHHHH!!

Jean - Syzoth
1777442309025.png 1777442405930.png

Meanwhile, Jean directed any nearby Ceruleans to get the king and leave while they handled the fight. Locking eyes with the one who had still been standing still with the device.

Jean: So you're back to get your ass kicked by me again? You didn't learn your lesson last time or something?
Syzoth: Oh please! You only won because I showed you pitty and let it happen. I assure you, that won't be happening this time. You should take your friends and leave because this time i'm killing whoever gets in my way.
Jean: Sadly, that won't be happening either. You're going to have to kill us.. If you can.

The ground soon began to tremble as Jean and Syzoth stood facing each other, the air between them began accumulating intense winds as dust spiraled upward in thin columns as their auras flared. Jean’s was more tame and electric, while Syzoth’s was wild, thick and oppressive. In a single heartbeat, both rushed each other, their speed collapsing distance into nothing as they collided with a shockwave that split the very ground beneath them. Their fists meeting sent ripples through the atmosphere. Jean twisted fluidly, her agility allowing her to pivot off his arm and drive a knee toward his ribs, forcing Syzoth back a few meters. He skidded across the ground as his boots carved grooves into the planet, this caused him to let out a low groan.

Jean darted forward again, her movements blindingly fast, chaining together a barrage of strikes that came from every angle at once. Each punch snapped, each kick aimed to force Syzoth to defend rather than dominate. He blocked and parried, but the force behind her blows still echoed through his larger frame, sending faint tremors through his arms. She spun beneath his guard and delivered a sharp uppercut that snapped his head back, followed instantly by a downward axe kick that drove him into the pavement. The impact cratered the ground, stone exploding outward in jagged shards as dust engulfed the area. Before the debris could settle, Yet beneath the surface, Syzoth’s grin began to form. With a sudden surge, Syzoth’s aura erupted outward, shattering the ground beneath him and forced Jean to recoil. He rose from the crater slowly, rolling his shoulders as if shaking off the damage. When he moved again, the shift was undeniable; his strikes carried a heavier, more oppressive weight, each swing distorting the air itself. Jean attempted to counter, weaving through his attacks with her superior agility, but now each near-miss felt like brushing against a collapsing wall. He caught her wrist mid-combination, and for the first time, her momentum halted completely. With a brutal pivot, he hurled her across the pavement as her body tore through rock formations before crashing into the side of the castle. The building fractured on impact, fragments shooting out in all direction, and as the dust rose again, Syzoth stepped forward, his larger frame casting a growing shadow over her.

Syzoth: What was that you said a few seconds ago? Something about me getting my ass kicked again?

ooop.gif

Jean burst from the rubble as she pushed her speed even further. She circled him at blinding velocity, striking from multiple angles in rapid succession, her hits landing with sharp, explosive bursts. For a moment, it seemed she might overwhelm him again, her attacks were too fast to track. But Syzoth began to adapt, his movements less reactive and more anticipatory, his sheer strength compensating for the speed gap. He tanked several blows outright, his Immense Durability allowing him to endure strikes that would have crippled lesser warriors. Then, with a single calculated swing, he intercepted her mid-dash, his fist colliding with her side in a devastating counter. The impact warped the air and sent her spiraling backwards once more, crashing into the very building she had just came from with enough force to create a massive whole in the wall and have her actually inside of the building.

Syzoth: Ahahaha, don't tell me THIS is what you came here with expecting to beat me! - What about you 2, you plan on fighting me too or are you going to be smart and run away?

The initial impact had done absolutely nothing to Zorkon, thankfully Tank stepped in when he did or things could have went very bad for Lotren and Bellra. Next, he watched everything going down between Syzoth and Jean which of course fueled his saiyan blood and his need to battle became even stronger. Jean was like an auntie to him as she was his mother's bestfriend; so seeing someone he looked up to being beaten like that not only angered him but gave him a reason to add another body to his kill counter. However, what really got to him was when Syzoth spoke towards him and Bellra. He thought to himself with a blank but confused facial expression in disbelief that he was just asked such a stupid question. Howeverm after a few seconds he tilts his head and puts on a cocky smile while pointing to himself with his thumb.

Lotren: ....?? - Let's get one thing straight you damn reject. I don't run from anyone. You're going to die here as a failure to your brother and pathetic excuse of a planet broker. Everyone will know you as the one who died.. like.. a... bitch!

Listen while you read

Bellra didn’t move at first, not because she couldn’t, but because she was watching. The moment her strike had been stopped and her wrist caught replayed in her mind with perfect clarity. The grip, the lack of reaction, the way Lotren’s punch had landed and meant nothing told her everything she needed to know. Too durable. Too stable. Direct force wasn’t going to be enough.

By the time Tank forced the release and pulled the other one away, Bellra had already adjusted. She landed lightly, posture settling back into something composed and controlled, like she had never been interrupted. Her eyes shifted to the one who remained. The one who hadn’t moved. She watched Jean get thrown through the structure without shock or panic, only quiet assessment. He adapts fast. Durability is high. Strength increases under pressure.
1777459704575.png

As Syzoth’s voice carried across the ruined courtyard, Bellra stepped forward slowly, stopping just short of the debris where Jean had crashed. She didn’t answer immediately. When she finally spoke, her tone was calm, even, almost bored. “You talk too much for someone who needed that long to deal with one person.” Her eyes met his directly, steady and focused. “Running isn’t the problem. It’s wasting time on the wrong target.”

Thanks to Jean, she was able to use the time to strengthen her energy beyond her regular measures, a very faint after glow would appear on Bellra

"Lotran, I have an idea.. its risky but I need to test his defence." She spoke just low enough for Lotran and only Lotran to hear.
Her attention flicked briefly toward the distant clash in the open field, then returned to him. Decision made. When she moved, it was precise. Bellra dashed forward in a tight, controlled motion, angling low instead of attacking head-on. One hand extended to redirect his arm the moment he'd reacted, while the other remained coiled for the real strike. She followed through a fraction of a second later, targeting a structural weak point like a joint or rib line, something meant to force movement rather than overpower it.

There was no wasted motion, no shouting, only calculated pressure. “Let’s see how long that holds up.” She wasn’t trying to end it in one hit. She was studying him while she fought, a very gentle shimmer coursed through her body.
