The enormous doors of the Mystvale University Superhuman Training Facility sealed shut behind Benjamin with a deep metallic THOOM. The sound rolled across the gigantic combat chamber and slowly faded into the distance.

Benjamin stood there for a moment. He looked around. Then up. Then down. His eyes traveled across the reinforced walls, the layered alloy plating, the energy-dispersing panels, the massive observation windows, and the countless sensors embedded throughout the facility. Eventually his gaze dropped to the enormous Mystvale University crest beneath his feet. He slowly nodded.

“Yeah…” He put his hands on his hips. “This definitely looks like the kind of room where the university expects somebody to make a very expensive mistake.”

He looked toward one of the walls, then the other, squinting. “Actually, I’m pretty sure that wall has been punched through before.” He walked a few steps closer, leaned in, and examined the surface. He tapped it with one knuckle. Tok. Tok. Benjamin nodded thoughtfully. “Yep. Definitely been punched.” He straightened and turned to look across the enormous combat floor. A small grin appeared. “Good.”

He walked toward the center of the arena, each step echoing against the reinforced flooring, and stopped directly over the Mystvale crest. For several seconds he simply stood there. Then he slowly stretched his arms above his head, fingers interlocking as he pushed upward. Crack. He winced slightly. “Ooooh.” He rolled his shoulders. “Okay.” Another stretch. Crack. “Much better.” He shook his arms loose, then began rotating his wrists—one, then the other—flexing his fingers several times. His expression stayed relaxed, almost casual, like this was nothing more than an afternoon workout.

Benjamin took a slow breath through his nose and exhaled. His eyes moved across the training facility again and lingered on the weapon racks around the perimeter. Swords. Polearms. Reinforced practice weapons. He pointed toward them. “Tempting.” He lowered his hand. “But I’m probably not supposed to turn a family spar into a medieval reenactment. Probably.”

He stepped backward—one step, two, three, four—then stopped and looked at the space around him. He glanced toward the reinforced walls. “Yeah. Plenty of room. So nobody can complain about property damage.” A brief pause. He raised one finger. “Unless somebody gets launched through three walls.” Another finger. “Then that’s technically their fault.” He thought about that for a moment. “…Probably.” His grin returned.

Benjamin lowered himself into a loose fighting stance. Feet separated, knees bent slightly, weight on the balls of his feet. Shoulders relaxed. Torso angled slightly sideways. One hand came forward, palm open; the other stayed closer to his body. He bounced lightly on his feet—once, twice, three times—then stopped. He tilted his head, looked down at his stance, and adjusted his front foot a few inches, then his back foot. He shifted his weight and rolled his shoulders. “That’s better.”

He briefly dropped his hands, then raised them again, shifting lower and tighter this time. Still relaxed. Still playful. But much more deliberate. His smile remained. His eyes didn’t. They had become focused. Benjamin’s gaze moved carefully across the arena, no longer looking at the walls or the ceiling or the weapons. His attention had narrowed completely. His breathing slowed—in, out, in, out. His fingers curled slightly. Front hand stayed open. Rear hand tightened into a loose fist. He rocked forward, then backward, testing his balance, testing the floor, testing his own positioning.

A faint smile crossed his face. “Heh.” He bounced once more, then suddenly took a quick step forward. THUMP. He stopped immediately, body still low, hands still up. He held the position for a second, then casually stepped back. “Okay. Still got it.” He wiped an imaginary speck of dust from his shoulder. “Would’ve been embarrassing if I tripped before the fight even started.” He paused, grin widening. “Actually… that would be pretty funny.” He shook his head. “No. Dignity first.” A beat. “Violence second.” He considered that. “…Controlled violence. Educational violence.” Benjamin nodded firmly, seeming satisfied with the explanation.

He lowered into his stance again. This time the joking disappeared for several seconds. Feet still. Knees bent. Back straight. Shoulders loose. Chin lowered slightly. Eyes sharpened. He took another slow breath. The playful boy who had been cracking jokes a moment earlier was still there, but underneath the humor was something considerably more serious. This wasn’t just another fight. It was a spar. A chance to test himself. A chance to see how much he’d improved. And, more importantly, a chance to fight people who actually knew him.

Benjamin’s mouth curled into a confident smile. “Alright.” He slowly raised his hands. “Let’s do this.” He shifted his weight from back foot to front foot, then back again, body moving with controlled rhythm—light, precise, balanced. He wasn’t wasting energy. Every adjustment had a purpose. He rotated his neck. Crack. He winced. “Okay.” He rubbed the side of his neck. “Maybe don’t do that again.” He rolled it the opposite direction. Crack. He immediately stopped. “…Definitely don’t do that again.” Benjamin shook his head. “Good thing I’m pretty. Otherwise this whole thing would’ve been awkward.” He chuckled quietly, then his expression settled again.

He raised both fists. Front hand hovered just ahead of his face. Rear hand stayed near his jaw. Elbows tucked. Stance tighter, more defensive, more disciplined. He took a small step sideways, then another. Feet never crossed. He pivoted smoothly, torso following, then returned to his original position. He repeated the movement—step, pivot, reset—warming up without wasting motion. Then he stopped and stared forward. A small smile appeared. “Okay… now we’re talking.”

He crouched slightly lower. Fingers flexed. Shoulders relaxed. Weight shifted. He looked completely ready. Then he raised one hand and crooked his fingers in a playful little beckoning gesture, a smirk spreading across his face. “Come on. Let’s see what happens.” Benjamin immediately laughed under his breath. “Actually, no. That sounded way cooler in my head.” He brought his fists back up. “I’m gonna pretend I didn’t say that.”

He took another breath. The smile faded. Focus returned. This time he wasn’t joking. Benjamin planted his feet firmly against the combat floor. His entire body became still—not stiff, still. Ready. Eyes locked ahead. Breathing controlled. Hands positioned perfectly. Weight distributed evenly. He waited. A second passed. Then another. His grin slowly returned—not the goofy one this time, but a confident one. The kind that said he was enjoying himself. The kind that said he was ready to find out exactly how far this spar could go.

He whispered to himself. “Alright, Ben. Don’t embarrass yourself.” A tiny pause. Then he smirked. “…Too much.” He lowered his center of gravity. Back foot pressed into the floor. Front foot angled slightly outward. Shoulders turned. Body coiled naturally, ready to explode forward at a moment’s notice. Benjamin took one final slow breath, then smiled. “Family spar. Nothing could possibly go wrong.” He paused. “…That’s probably the dumbest thing I’ve said today.” He settled deeper into his stance, eyes narrowed, smile still there. “Alright.” He shifted his weight forward. “Let’s have some fun.”

Having spent much of her day jogging around campus to keep her cardio going and strong, doing thirteen laps, then repeating it for the first two hours before following up with pull-ups on almost anything she can use to exercise, even though they have a gym, she felt that the place had inefficient room for her to run and felt trapped. For the next hour, she would do up to a hundred and twenty pull-ups, feeling the familiar burning in her arms and shoulders; she dropped down from using a thick tree branch to wipe her hands on a rag she brought along, wiping away the bark and wood that got stuck in the wrappings that are covering her hands and forearms "Hmm" she hums over her options of either continuing to train outside or trying out the training facility they have on campus, weighing either decision for a good two minutes before opting to head over to the facility but during her trip there, she went to grab her training bag filled with four bottles of gaterade, towels, extra pair of shorts, tanktop, socks, and extra roll of wrapping in case she needs to rewrap her arms.
It did take a while to find the Mystvale University Superhuman Training Facility, having to ask around till she was pointed in the right direction, where she found the massive doors that held the training room inside. Looking at how high the doors went with wonder, before letting a smirk spread across her face before using her immense strength to push them open with ease, veins becoming visible in her arms as they bulged out, which to someone looking at her from a distance would make them think she was struggling, but really, she was doing this with ease. Once the doors opened up more, she saw her adoptive brother, Benjamin, training by himself and seemed to be talking to himself, which she knew was typical of him to do whenever he was by himself, although she didn't mind cause she did it too, but their elder brother, she wasn't sure since he had been working on his music. Letting go of the doors and tossed her bag across the room and past Benjamin, landing a few feet from him while she shut the doors with an audible thud before turning around and heading towards him, "Benji! Didn't expect to see you in here!" her voice booming across the large room, feeling the cool air from the AC cool off her body with sweat that also made the feeling like its much colder "But since we are here, wanna have a brawl to test ourselves against one another" she says with visible excitement in her tone, being the one to always get to the point instead dancing around it, something she also hate when others do ir.

The last stretch of Minjae’s workout had less to do with building strength than reminding his body how to move freely. He stood barefoot in the open space beside his bed, dressed only in his white-and-blue training shorts, slowly rolling one shoulder before extending his arm across his chest and holding the stretch. There was no music, no frantic timer counting down, and no attempt to push himself until exhaustion; the room remained quiet enough that he could hear his own breathing. After several minutes of loosening his shoulders and back, he lowered himself into a deep squat, resting there comfortably while shifting his weight from one leg to the other to open his hips. His routine moved naturally into hamstring stretches, ankle rotations, lunges, and several slow twists of his torso that pulled the remaining stiffness from his sides. Minjae understood his body too well to confuse discomfort with progress, especially when the real purpose was simply to get loose before whatever the rest of his morning demanded. By the time he straightened again, a thin layer of sweat had formed across his tattooed chest and shoulders, but his breathing remained almost perfectly normal. He gave his neck one final measured roll, exhaled through his nose, then decided that was enough. For another moment, Minjae remained exactly where he was, allowing his muscles to settle while his eyes drifted toward the mirror across the room. He reached for the white wraps nearby and secured them around his wrists and ankles, tightening each just enough to provide support without restricting movement. Once satisfied, he gathered his hair away from his face, adjusted the bandana resting beneath his braids, and briefly checked the time. Then, with nothing else requiring his attention, he opened the door and stepped outside.

The university was already alive beyond the privacy of his room, although Minjae moved through the yard, completely ignoring everything else around him. A few people acknowledged him as he passed, receiving a slight nod or quiet greeting in return rather than anything unnecessary. Eventually he reached the main building and stepped into the halls, the closer he came to the training facility, classroom doors gradually gave way to reinforced entrances and emergency containment systems. Minjae ran his fingers briefly along one of the reinforced panels as he passed. He soon crossed the the entry way to the facility, already considering which portion of the room he wanted to use and what exercises would follow his earlier warm-up. Then his eyes traveled toward the center of the chamber, and his next step became a bit slower. Standing inside the training facility were two people Minjae recognized instantly: his brother, Benjamin and his sister Clementine.

Neither of them looked like they had wandered inside simply because they happened to be passing through. Benjamin was dressed for combat, Clementine looked equally prepared. Minjae’s gaze traveled from Benjamin to Clementine, then briefly across the surrounding chamber as though checking whether some third person or obvious explanation had escaped his notice. Nothing immediately presented itself, which made the coincidence more interesting.

Minjae: Well, either I’ve become remarkably bad at keeping track of family plans, or the two of you arranged something without me.

His eyes moved briefly over Clementine then did the same to Benjamin, eventually he stopped several feet from them, loosely folding his arms before asking,

Minjae: So, we're all here, dressed for a fight. Let's make things interesting and have a 3 way brawl. Y'all down?

1788070210471.png

Benjamin’s head turned the second the heavy doors opened.

He stayed in his stance for half a second longer than necessary, eyes tracking the figure pushing the massive doors open with almost casual force. When the bag came flying across the room and landed a few feet away, he didn’t flinch. He simply watched it skid to a stop, then looked up at Clementine with a slow, knowing grin already forming.

“Benji,” she called, voice carrying across the chamber. “Didn’t expect to see you in here! But since we are here, wanna have a brawl to test ourselves against one another?”

Benjamin straightened just enough to roll one shoulder, still keeping most of his weight balanced and ready. He glanced at the bag, then back at her, the grin widening.

“You know,” he said, voice light but already carrying that competitive edge, “most people say hello first. You just throw your bag at me and demand a fight. Real subtle, Clem.” He shook his head once, still smiling. “But yeah. I was already thinking the same thing. Place this big, just me standing here talking to myself… felt incomplete.”

He shifted his front foot a fraction, testing the floor again. His hands stayed up, loose but ready. “I was about to start looking for something to punch that wouldn’t get me in trouble with the university. You showing up saves me the paperwork.”

Before he could say more, the doors opened again.

Benjamin’s eyes flicked toward the entrance the moment Minjae stepped inside. He watched his older brother take in the scene—both of them already geared up, the bag on the floor, the open space between them—and the corner of Benjamin’s mouth twitched with amusement.

When Minjae spoke, Benjamin let out a short, quiet laugh.

“Well, either I’ve become remarkably bad at keeping track of family plans, or the two of you arranged something without me.”

Then the offer came.

“So, we’re all here, dressed for a fight. Let’s make things interesting and have a 3 way brawl. Y’all down?”

Benjamin’s eyebrows rose. He looked from Minjae to Clementine, then back again, the competitive spark in his eyes brightening. He didn’t answer right away. Instead he took one slow step to the side, then another, putting a little more space between all three of them without ever dropping his guard.

“A three-way,” he repeated, almost to himself. He rolled his neck once—carefully this time—and exhaled through his nose. “You two walk in here within thirty seconds of each other, both looking ready to throw hands, and somehow I’m the one who was already standing in the middle of the floor waiting. That’s suspicious.”

He bounced lightly on the balls of his feet, once, twice. The playful tone was still there, but underneath it his body had already started shifting. Weight settled lower. Shoulders loosened. Hands adjusted into a tighter, more balanced guard.

“I’m down,” he said finally, voice steady. “But I’m not waiting for a countdown or a polite little ‘ready, set, go.’”

Benjamin’s grin turned sharper.

“You both already know how this works.”

He took one more step forward, then stopped dead center between the two of them, still keeping enough distance that neither could reach him in a single move. His stance settled into something more serious now—feet planted, knees soft, torso angled, front hand open and ready, rear hand closer to his jaw.

“Family spar,” he said, almost like he was confirming it to himself. “No holding back just because we’re related. No crying about it later if somebody gets launched into a wall. And whoever lands the first clean hit gets bragging rights until the next one.”

He rocked his weight forward, then back, testing the balance one last time. His eyes moved between both of them, sharp and focused now, the earlier jokes settling into something quieter and more dangerous.

“I’m not starting on either of you first,” he added, the smirk returning. “That would be too easy. And way too predictable.”

Benjamin’s fingers flexed once.

Then he suddenly exploded forward—not toward either sibling, but into the open space between them, using the sudden movement to create angle and force them to react. His feet stayed light, body low, hands up. He didn’t throw a punch yet. He didn’t commit to a target. He simply closed the distance fast enough to force the fight to begin on his terms, then cut hard to the side, circling, already looking for the first opening.

“Come on then,” he called out, voice carrying across the chamber, pure challenge in it now.

“Show me what you’ve got.”

He kept moving, never still for more than a second, already treating the entire floor like his own personal arena.

1687F702-BA41-4070-A20D-FFA519C2C298.pngClementine nods to the suggestion brought up by Minjae before rolling her shoulders, getting an audible popping, then her legs by bending them till they popped, then proceeding to bounce lightly on the balls of her feet, loosening her body up for the all-out brawl that is soon to happen "I'm down for a all-out brawl" showing her sinister smile, a sign of excitement for battle she has been craving for despite her boisterous, respectable and passionate personality, she conceals a side of herself that is only seen when true violence is present, the feel of adrenaline pumping through her body, blood rushing through veins, and the intense thump of her heart.

Hearing her brother say he isn't waiting on a countdown with a sharper grin, she watches him walk up to them but far enough that neither can reach him so easily. Nodding to confirm his comment on the family spar, what made her have goosebumps across her body was Benjamin saying no holding back, "Oh? no holding back? I can get behind that" flexing her muscles with veings bulging from each flex, some branches of veins popping up around her body as she gets in a fighting stance as soon the boy exploded forward, closing the distance which she was gonna meet him halfway. Still, he quickly made a sudden change of direction, taking a hard left to circle them.
Watching this, she looked over at Minjae with that same smirk before flexing her arm back like she was preparing an uppercut, but really, she forced a sudden vortex of wind to gather around her arm with such force that others would think she was manipulating air itself. Bending air around arm.gifShe plans on giving her brothers a taste of her power as the strongest woman on campus, shifting her body as she slammed her fist into the ground and sending that gathered-up force of air outwards in all directions to blow away both siblings, then ran for Benjamin first, wishing to fight him first before dealing with Minjae.

Slamming her foot down and pouring her strength into a single leap that closed the distance between her and Benjamin to slam a roundhouse kick into his sternum, then a knee strike to his shoulder to prevent him from using his abilities, but knowing he will counter this, she waits to see how Minjae and he will react.

Minjae had never actually seen the two of his siblings fight seriously before so of course he wanted to observe their tactics; Of course the first one to move was the younger of the 3, Benjamin. His speed was impressive and it may have been a good chance for him to actually attack but once he spoke, that immediately ruined any kind of "surprise" he may have had in a fight and lucky for him, Minjae wasn't an actual enemy that wanted to get rid of him or things could have ended right there. Regardless, Minjae followed Benjamins movements without an issue and continued waiting to see what his plan was. From that little bit of a display, he could already telll what kind of fighter his younger brother was without the use of his power which didn't seem like it'd get him anywhere.

Minjae to Benjamin: Your tactic could have been useful if you went on the attack instead of talking so much. Second, moving around like that for no reason is a sure way to make you run out of stamina much faster. My deduction, you're going to be the first one out of this spar and it's going to be because you took yourself out.
Minjae Movement.png
Now was Clementine, the 2nd youngest and the adopted one of their family. It was finally time to see if she could back up all the talking she normally does, for that reason he was going to be especially harder on her to see if she was really built like that. As such, the moment Clem looked towards him and he watched whats he was doing; Only then did he give a smile of acknowledgement even though there was plenty of time for him to interrupt her during the preparation. However, Minjae simply wanted to see the extent of what she could do, thus allowing her to get the actual "attack" off. Though, the difference here was the simple fact Minjae didn't get effected by it as his body vanished, only leaving a light silhouette of himself behind just before her fist connected with the floor, this however gave off the impression he was knocked back though. This wasn't him teleporting, it was simply how fast he actuallyMinjae prep.png was and planned on making his two siblings work for the win. He also hadn't lost sight of either of them.

As such, once Clem went on to attack Benjamin, Minjae appeared right in front of her surrounded by a thin layer of mysterious blue light with his arm pulled back and already moving forward with his palm open. This light was an application to his Psychokinesis power called Intertia Manipulation. The plan here wasn't to dodge her attack, but stop her mid motion, meaning while she was in the air flying towards Benjamin, Minjae's sudden appearance caught her in a trap. As his arm slammed forward, attempting avoid his attack mid flight in the position she was in, was going to be interesting to see, IF she could pull one off. Added with his immaculate aim, speed, and timing to the situation, he already had it locked in his mind that she wasn't about to avoid this attack. Should his plan off attack be successful, the closer Clem got to him will gradually slow her at a rapid pace to a point she'd feel like she slammed against something, and his palm will be hovering only a centimeter away from Clems torso without making actual contect. In that exact moment, the energy surrounding his palm will suddenly combust and completely redirect her body, sending her flying at high speed in the opposite direction until she collides with a wall or something. It will look as if a beam of light surrounded by rings shot straight through her body but in reality the "beam & rings" are just a personal effect of this particular attack.

1788548267899.png

Minjae to Clem: Never ignore another potential enemy to focus on one person, that's how you end up dead. And you're significantly slower than the both of us, so a frontal attack wasn't the smartest choice. Even if you could out speed him, you're definitely out speeding me. Be smart, Clem! This isn't just a spar, you need to be ready for anything.

Benjamin’s grin disappeared for just a moment—not because he was intimidated, but because he was thinking. The instant Clementine’s fist struck the floor and the compressed wind exploded outward, the pressure slammed into his body and ripped his feet off the ground.

“Whoa—!”

The force hurled him backward. Instead of fighting it, Benjamin twisted in midair and let the blast carry him. He rotated once, then twice, tucked his knees, and snapped his legs out at the last second. His feet hit the reinforced wall hard.

THUD!

He stayed there for half a second, hands pressed flat against the metal, breathing slowed, eyes narrowed. Minjae’s earlier words replayed in his head: Moving around like that for no reason is a sure way to make you run out of stamina.

Benjamin smirked. “Okay… fair point.” His fingers flexed against the wall. “But you forgot one thing.”

Air began moving around him—first a current along his legs, then his arms, then a controlled flow wrapping his entire body in the direction he wanted to go. He wasn’t just making wind; he was cutting resistance in front of himself and driving force from behind. A small flame sparked around his right fist, then his left. His eyes sharpened.

“I’m not wasting movement anymore.”

BOOM!

He pushed off the wall. The air exploded behind him and launched his whole body across the chamber like a shot. Clementine was the first target. Benjamin closed the distance fast, right fist already burning. He drove the flaming punch toward her ribs, and at the last moment a compressed burst of air erupted behind his shoulder, accelerating the strike even harder. He followed immediately with a left to her stomach, stepped in, and spun a flaming roundhouse into her thigh. Air wrapped the kick and pushed it faster. He kept the spin going, planted, then used another burst of air to launch himself upward. Fire coated both legs as he flipped forward and drove a bicycle-style kick straight at her chest.

BOOM!

He followed all the way through the rotation, landed clean, and immediately used a short blast of air to shove himself backward—not retreating, just resetting. His eyes locked on Minjae.

“Now you.”

Benjamin crouched. Air compressed under his feet. WHOOSH—he exploded forward, each step faster than the last until the third one became pure acceleration. He reached Minjae with a flaming right aimed at his face, rotated into a left to the ribs, continued the turn into an elbow, dropped low for a sweep, then sprang up with a fiery knee toward the stomach. He pushed off, air erupting under his foot, and flipped backward. Both feet ignited as he brought a heel down toward Minjae’s shoulder. The second his feet touched the floor he twisted, let the wind redirect his momentum, and shot sideways straight at Clementine again.

He came in hard—straight right to the chest, left to the ribs, low sweep, then a spinning kick accelerated by air. He jumped, rotated sideways, and hit her with another bicycle kick, the spiral of wind making the whole sequence faster. He landed and didn’t pause. Wind built under his feet again. One step, two—

BOOM!

He launched at Minjae, but not in a straight line. He used the air to curve left, then right, then forward, changing direction without bleeding speed. He came in from Minjae’s right side with a flaming left to the ribs, spun into a right at the face, continued into a leg strike, then rose with another air-boosted kick to the stomach. He flipped back, used wind to control the descent, planted on the wall, and pushed off hard.

BOOM!

He came straight back at Minjae with both fists burning—right to the chest, left to the shoulder, then a compressed-air back kick to the stomach. He landed, spun toward Clementine, and the air around him detonated.

“Alright!”

WHOOSH—he closed on her in a blur. Flaming punch to the chest, second to the stomach, spinning elbow, low sweep, then an upward flip into a downward kick followed by another rotating strike. The second his feet hit he used air to accelerate sideways and was already looking at Minjae again. He shot across the chamber, threw a flaming combination—ribs, chest, sweep, then an air-boosted flip into another bicycle kick—landed, and immediately redirected back toward Clementine. The wind around him intensified. The flames burned brighter. He hit her with another tight sequence of punches, a spinning leg, and a back kick that exploded with compressed air, using the recoil to launch himself into one more rotating bicycle kick.

He landed. Breathing still controlled. That was the difference now. No more running just to run. Short, powerful bursts of air—accelerate, attack, redirect, accelerate again. Fire only where it counted: fists, feet, knees, elbows.

Benjamin suddenly stopped in the center of the chamber. He dropped into a lower stance, weight settled, hands open for a second before the flames returned. The air around his legs coiled tight and controlled. He looked from Minjae to Clementine and back again, the earlier cocky edge still there but sharper.

“You said stop wasting stamina.” His voice was steady, almost conversational. “I heard you.”

He rolled one shoulder, then the other, never letting the pressure drop. The current around his feet tightened.

“So I’m not running circles for fun anymore. I’m just going to keep hitting you until one of us can’t.”

Benjamin’s grin came back, smaller and meaner.

“Hope you both brought more than the first round.”

The air behind him compressed hard. Instead of charging, he snapped both arms forward at once. A dense fireball formed in each palm—compact, bright, spinning with the same short-burst control he’d been using the whole fight. He sent one streaking straight at Minjae and the second at Clementine in the same motion. The twin projectiles cut across the chamber with a sharp FWOOM as the air currents behind them gave each one an extra push.

Clementine felt confident as she flew toward Benjamin, ready to deliver the smackdown she had been looking forward to since they got to Parros Island, the air of competition heavy and noticeable among all three siblings. She didn't anticipate Minjae appearing ahead of her and already prepping an attack for her and to block her pursuit of Benjamin, having no choice and little time to stop her movement, she raises her left arm with veins bulges around it before punching hard enough to propel herself out of range as Minjae fires his Psychokinetic blast of "beam & rings" but the shockwave sent her flying a bit. Still, she managed to catch herself. "Oh, trust me, brother, I'm just getting started," she replies to his comment about her being slower. She wasn't trying to use too much power in her movements but used enough to close the distance.

Her attention would shift to Benjamin, who began to channel wind in front of him, then channel fire in both hands; this caught her attention, seeing her brother look at Minjae with a sharpened look and replying before exploding towards her location, her stance now crouched low and ready for what he had for her. Seeing him close the distance and swing a flaming fist at her rib, she side-steps his swing, then blocks the next strike to her stomach with both arms before countering his roundhouse kick with a swift low kick, feeling a burning sensation on her body from each of the two strikes, surprising herself at catching up with his speed, what she wasn't anticipatingcwp3cxjamkxe1.gif was Benjamin keeping up the momentum, using his elemental manipulation to force air to propel himself upwards and drive a bycicle kick towards her chest. Locking in, she moved quicker by grabbing his strike leg and pulling him down for a knee to the stomach with such force that if it landed, he would be sent back into the air for only six agonizing seconds.

Clementine gave her brother no time to react as she proceeded to keep him in the air by delivering rapid concussive strikes that caused his body to spin and fling around midair, each strike being heavy and fast, so that a compressed burst of air erupted from his body every time a hit landed. Ending it with a double hammer slam, sending him hitting the ground and bouncing back up for her to deliver a powerful left hook strike to his back, sending him tumbling across the training room. She then shifts her attention towards Minjae, taking a slow step towards him, then a left turn, walking around him before stopping. Crouching low before taking off in a blur, moving in a zigzag formation to keep him from hitting her with another Psychokinetic blast. She would run close to deliver a quick punch towards his back, then run away before running back in a short U-turn to deliver an elbow strike towards his head.

Minjae noticed quite a few things during this little span of time, the first was his Clementine attempting to do another attack while already being in a strange attack positiong for a kick, on top of trying to out speed him which definitely wasn't happening. The speed difference alone was enough to ensure he hit his mark. As such, his plan for her will simply continue perfectly the way he had intended it to which meant Clementine was launched backwards with immense force. After which, Minjae simply spun around and allowed Benji to go straight passed him for him assault on Clementine. Whatever happened between the two of them was definitely going to be interesting, curious to see how she reacts to being attacked while still trying to recover from one. Leaving that ordeal up to them, regardless he'd wait to see what happened between both of his younger siblings.

Bᴇɴᴊɪ Pᴀᴛʜ (If He Won Against Clem)
1788805109259.png

His younger brother was definitely faster than their sister, and had some decent combat abilities; However, he'd need more than that to stand a chance against Minjae. During the downwards kick towards his shoulder, Minjae raised his arms to block the kick and held his other hand at a specific angle so once the kick "connected" with him, he'd use his other hand quickly grab on to the ankle of Benji at the same time as the impact. Without even wasting a moment of time, he'd yank his younger brother down by his ankle. During this, he slightly altered his stance as one leg planted hard against the polished floor as his upper body twisted into the motion while his free hand curved upwards with a portion of his max speed barely leaving half a second for reaction time, allowing the punch to carry the full weight of his body behind it.

His hand was aiming straight towards the sternum of Benji, and should it be a direct hit, the impact will carry enough force to fold his brother over his arm, leaving his limbs hanging awkwardly for a split second as his body is thrown upward before he can recover. Like before, the power of this punch caused a burst of silver-blue energy to erupt from the point of impact, spreading outward in sharp streaks that resemble a compressed shockwave being released all at once. The sheer pressure of it all sends dust and loose debris across the floor and the air around the two of them became distorted.

Cʟᴇᴍ Pᴀᴛʜ (If She Won Against Benji)

As for Clementine, his eyes were following her the entire time. The moment her attention shifted toward him, his expression barely changed. He watched her take that slow step, watched the subtle turn of her shoulders as she began circling around him, and followed every adjustment in her footing without moving so much as an inch. Even when she crouched and suddenly exploded forward, darting from side to side in an erratic zigzag, Minjae remained planted where he was. His head shifted only slightly as his eyes tracked her route, following each movement while she tried to make herself difficult to target. Minjae remaiend relaxed in a way that almost made it seem like he had no intention of defending himself at all. The incoming punch continued getting closer. A foot. Half a foot. Then only a handful of inches remained between her strike and his back. That was when he moved finally decided to move, and to her, there was practically no transition.

One instant Minjae was standing exactly where she had aimed. The next, his entire posture had changed as though the moment between those t1788807109555.pngwo positions had simply been erased. His weight dropped sharply toward the floor, one hand shooting down to brace against it while his torso folded beneath the path of her attack. His legs rotated overhead with the suddenness of a spring snapping loose, transforming what had looked like a stationary stance into an inverted attack before she could properly register that he had avoided her at all. His body twisted around the planted hand, hips whipping upward as one leg folded inward and the other came around in a vicious rising arc. Rather than simply dodging and creating distance, Minjae used her forward momentum against her. She had already committed to the attack, leaving only the smallest window for her body to react to what was suddenly happening beneath her. His foot was aiming to slam upward into her chin.

His leg would crash into her with enough force to violently interrupt her forward movement, snapping her body upward as the kick lifted her from the floor. Dust blasted outward beneath his supporting hand and around the point where he had pivoted, spreading across the polished training floor while his body continued rotating through the motion. For the briefest instant, he remained upside down beneath her, balanced on one arm while she was thrown above him from the force of the counter. But he still wasn't finished. Rather than allowing the first kick to send her away, Minjae immediately transitioned out of the handstand. His palm pushed against the floor and his body snapped upright in one movement, feet touching down just long enough for him to reset his center of gravity. There was no hesitation between one attack and the next. By the time she had begun rising from the first impact, Minjae had already straightened himself and repositioned beneath her.

Minjae closed the gap while she was still airborne, appearing alongside her before her body could properly stabilize from the previous hit. His shoulders rotated first, followed by his hips, his entire frame coiling around the motion of his next strike. One fist remained tucked close while the other arm helped control his rotation, keeping him perfectly aligned with her trajectory. His arm whipped across her stomach in midair, the punch will have landed almost immediately after the first. A violent silver-blue burst erupted from the impact point, momentarily swallowing the space between them as the force of the strike folded her forward and blasted her away from him. What had begun as her rushing Minjae had reversed in only a few seconds. She had gone from being inches away from hitting him to suddenly being caught by an inverted rising kick and then struck again before she could even return to the ground.
